high-rise building (2 elevators) with pool, Jacuzzi, tennis, outside BBQ area. Our medium-high floor one-bedroom/one-bath
condo has a lovely lanai with unparalleled view and sleeps 4 comfortably in queen-size bedroom and queen-size sleep sofa in
living room plus a single floor futon if children prefer separate sleeping surfaces. By request, we can provide a porta-crib.
Fully furnished kitchen with all the necessities, e.g., coffee maker, microwave, and even an icemaker and blender for making
those onolicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies. We also have a dishwasher, 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, stereo, 2 phones w/ message recorder,
AC, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, iron/board, all linens (including beach towels), hair dryer, beach chairs, mats, boogie boards,
snorkeling equipment, beach umbrella, sand toys, cooler, lanai, and free secured parking. We even provide binoculars for
in-condo use--watch right from your lanai as the whales and dolphins put on a show! Note: if you are interested
in bus info, click on the Surfside One-Bedroom link--same info applies. ALL OUR CONDOS ARE NON-SMOKING! NO PETS! THE PRINCESS IS A SMOKE-FREE COMPLEX! Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the unit, on the lanai, in/at the corridors, elevators, pool, rec room, BBQ area, or in
the lobby! Smoking is permitted ONLY in areas 20' or more from the building. There is a small table/chairs in the parking
lot near the car wash if you simply must light up!

We require a 100% REFUNDABLE Damage/Loss Deposit of $300 to $500 (depends length
of stay and number in party) payable in a separate check that is held until condo has been inspected and cleared for any damage
(including EXTRAORDINARY cleaning required--for example, washing walls, extreme tile scouring, non-routine carpet/drapery/upholstery
cleaning, touch-up painting, etc.) and keys are returned to lockbox with lockbox left securely intact. After a satisfactory
inspection, WE VERY HAPPILY AND PROMPTLY REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. Our only interest is in protecting our investment and keeping
our units very nice for future guests. 99.9% of our guests have received a full refund; it is only the very rare inconsiderate
guest who makes it hard for all of us! We hope you understand our reasoning for the required deposit. PLEASE
NOTE: WE HAVE A 5-NIGHT MINIMUM (7 DURING HIGH SEASON UNLESS WE HAVE A GAP BETWEEN BOOKINGS)!
Out
of respect for our neighbors, some of whom are full-time residents who treasure their peace and quiet, and others are vacationers
who want a quiet period of relaxation, we allow no visitors. Only the registered guests may occupy condo.
