CANCELLATION POLICY
If we receive notice of cancellation 60 days (90 days
for HOLIDAY dates of December 15-January 5) prior to booked dates, we will refund 100% of rental charges minus a cancellation administrative fee of 10% of base rental ($100 minimum) and all transaction fees associated with any credit card payment . For HOLIDAY dates (12/15-1/5)
the cancellation
administrative fee is 10% of base rental ($175 minimum).
AGAIN, for refundable cancellations, we must have at least 60 days notice (90 days for December 15 to January 5) prior
to booked arrival date. There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 60 days (90 days
for December 15 to January 5) prior to reserved arrival date.
We will do our very best to re-rent the nights that you cancel, but we cannot guarantee a refund. In order to re-rent
the condo, we may offer discounts, accept bookings from other owners, or make other arrangements that involve administrative
costs. Re-rented dates may break within your canceled dates. We promise to be fair.
After arrival, if your stay is cut short, and
we can re-rent the unit, a prorated amount will be refunded.
There is no adjustment in rate if your party decreases in number after arrival. There is, however,
an increase in rate should your party increase in number of guests—BUT WE MUST BE NOTIFIED—SEE TERMS OF OCCUPANCY
ON RENTAL AGREEMENT,
*Please note that refunds are minus the applicable
cancellation/administrative fee.
There is a $35 charge for all returned
checks.
